Alright. Mission accomplished. I didnt take any prep pictures as this is pretty straight forward, but I'll tell you what I did. I took 8 large jalapenos, and 3/4 of a white onion, 1/2 cup of veg oil and salt to taste. Boiled all the veggies for 20 min and removed stems and threw it all in the ninja and voila. I don't know if I just had some extremely potent peppers or what, but this stuff is HOT. Not for the faint of heart at all. Very tasty though. I have been searching for this for a long time. I always thought there was dairy of some kind in it, but NO. Thank you so much for the link. :cheers: :cheers: :chef: :chef: This made a full pint mason jar and some left over.
