Suckle Bust'n Sa'day

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Nov 04, 2017 10:00 am

More often than not lately, when I fire up the ECB or Kettle with some Kingsford, it is to something small and simple just for me. Such is the cast today so I opted to abuse my Suckle Busters Collection and grill some ABTs and Wings. The ABTs are normal except the filling is Cream Cheese and SB Texas Gunpowder Jalapeno Jelly - about 60/40? The Wings have been dusted "liberally" with SBs Hootchie Mama and will get a final glazing of SBs Chipotle Sauce before plating and munchin out. :chef:

Well, Wild Bill, we could not ask for prettier weather except for a stiff SE breeze that caused a brief flare up and turned my Lunch into a Semi-Fail but Suckle Busters saved the day.

Even tho I had to munch amoungst some slight char, the Taste was still there and I "et" it all.

Footnote: I sure do like that ABTs with the Cream Cheese and Jalapeno Jelly Filling HOWEVER, I need to find an additional "binding agent" to hold it in place because, if you're not careful when turning over, you lose a lot of the filling  :dont: :whiteflag:
