Meat Deprivation Plate

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Mon Oct 16, 2017 2:00 pm

Needed red meat. Found London Broil on sale (half-price, $5/lb as opposed to $13/lb they wanted for 'real' steak). Taken home, marinated in balsamic vinegar dressing from the store. Scorched on gas. Served with vejables and warm potato salad.

A weird shape, somewhat difficult to tell where the grain lay, but.... Mmmmmeat!

Too late, I did, but I really like the looks of the warm pot salad. Yummm... :chef: :chef: :chef: The broil however could be used as a "Saw" movie prop, or something for upcoming Halloween costumes. :deadhorse: :deadhorse: Sorry Sailor, just had to get that one in
