Tonight are ribs. When they come off Brisket goes on and tomorrow morning Chicken goes on. Let's get the party started tonight!

Well the flame went out early this morning. Seems the fire starter isn't working. :x Auger was working so I pulled everything out, dumped the ash cup, put in a handful of pellets. and lit them with my handy dandy torch. Everything back on track now. Probably going to dry out the brisket... we'll see. :dont: I guess Monday I will call Camp Chef again and see if I am entitled to a new firestick. :angryfire: Bet that's going to be a wench to change out.

http://ralphsspices.com/ Ralph's Fajita with Lime and Lawry's Seasoned Salt. That's how my wife likes it. One light coat of each after Olive oil is applied for binding.
