Thanks All! I am totally sold on the masterbuilt for ribs. These came out beautifully tender in about 8.5 hours. Even the membrane on the underside was nicely chewable, a feat difficult for even the best of stick burners.

I think ill throw a hissy fit now. its not fair its not fair its not fair. I still cant get beef ribs down here for less than like 8 dollars a lb. I haven't even tasted a short rib.
