Babybacks today!

Postby Txdragon » Sun Sep 24, 2017 5:07 pm

Daughter in town and she requested ribs. I was happy to oblige. 1 sauced, 1 dry rubbed.

Txd, my daughter always asks for summit nice from me, I duely oblige. Dads always have a soft spot for their girls eh? I'll have some of both those please.

Been a long while since we've eaten ribs. They look really good TD !

Now I'm craving pig and beef bones

Thanks! This was my first batch of dry rubbed BBs. I love the rub I threw together for it. Think I'm gonna keep this pony in the stable for a while. Lol!

Oh for sure. Most dad's are totally suckers when it comes to the daughters. Lol!

Bobcat, Sailor and JC; thanks much! The sauced rack got hit harder than the dry. Matter of fact, I had the majority of those that were eaten. Lol! I liked them both but preferred the dry. I guess because it was different than what I'm used to?

No more dry ribs for me. Doctor says too much salt. :whiteflag: :whiteflag:
