PNW Crunchy Goodness

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon Sep 18, 2017 12:46 pm

Well, the Wiffy wanted some Flench Flied Slimp today so I brought out Pat Huval's Marinade and then dry dredged them in that Atkinson's Cajun Seafood Dust that Wild Bill sent me. The Wiffy is Happy and I'm a Hero, at least for a little while now. :laughing7: I let myself get distracted on a couple of the shrimp and they were darker than I really like but they were very tasty and very crunchy. I'm even thinking of using it on some Salmon Patties maybe later. :dont: Thanks again Wild Bill, so far a big time winner on fish and shrimp. ('scuse da blurr)

Great looking plate right there, 10/10 for me, that might have got you over the line in the comp?
