Outlaw, if this tastes anything like it smells, it may never get the chance to even cool off. :laughing7: :D

Sooner, this is gonna be a lift'da lid and check'er type cook and I haven't a clue - - - I'm just gonna keep it as close to "ideal" (275-325) until I think it might be getting "TOO" dry. This particular effort has been an effort to this old man so I've been baby sitting it very closely. No prob 'cause, "it's a beautiful day in the Neighborhood"

She's been on for little over an hour and I ?may? be half way but maybe not???????????????????????

That would be good on top of some hash browns with over medium eggs …

thanks, Gents, since this is my first time out, I'm thinking that it's about half time, at 90min and I'm really liking the look of the Home Team. She's still spongy to the touch. Temps are treating me nicely today with NO wind or breeze but NO humidity either WOO HOO

Hmmm, yanno I could just bring some torts/bread/salsa/cheese out to the ECB and call this Lunch. :whiteflag:

End of 3rd quarter and winding down. Don't think this game will go into overtime but you never know.

thanks, Sailor, this one is pure trial and fingers crossed but so far so good - - - she's been on about 2 hours and my fire and temps are "very" slowly getting less so I'm gonna leave it until straight up noon which will be 2 1/2 hours at 250 to 300 and "IT IS BLACK" but still weeps some when mashed with the finger tip. I'll post the final pics in a little while after I pull and slice. Think I'll rest it for a little while also. :salut:

We'll also do ours on an ECB.
I'm eager to see how yours turns out and how long it takes.
Enjoy your lunch! :chef:

Game Over - Home Team by a huge margin --- Thanks for Tuning In
Don't let the darkness fool you because it was the perfect "timer" for me today.

It sliced very decent also

Fixed a Sammich for the Wiffy and MOI and her comment was "Do two of them the next time"

Put 4 circles on a toasted Own-Yawn Bun with Honey Mustard, Pepper Jack and Roasted Hatch Salsa
I think I'd like it best by itself kinda as a snackie maybe with Keeblers? - - - - I'll find out about Breakfast quality tomorrow.
