Grilled Lamb Burgers

Postby tri3forme » Mon Sep 11, 2017 11:10 am

Decided to grill up some lamb burgers on homemade, toasted brioche buns with tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh onions. Sides were lemon roasted potatoes and Greek salad. I must say....this was a pretty tasty meal to get us ready for the upcoming work week.

Baaaaaaa!
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

10/10 from a lamb lover, you got all the good stuff too, tzatziki goes perfect with lamb. Ironically we are having mid loin lamb chops for dinner tonight. With baked tatter and whatever comes to mind later.

It's very similar to rhaita I make for my Indian dishes. Get a nice yoghurt to make it, that's half the battle. We have tzatziki on kebabs and souvlakis.

Very nice indeed! Interesting twist on a gyro.

 I'm wondering if a Car Hop with Roller Skates ever served one of those to a driver's window car tray :?:

Tzaziki sauce is so easy to make and I love that stuff! I would bathe in it if I could. I'm sure the yogurt has some skin healing properties :laughing7:

I don't know but I sure would have ordered one! Wash it down with a nice chocolate shake with a little mint in it?

First time I ever remember hearing Goober Peas was on a Hike when I was in the Boy Scouts and it was taught to me in Song also.
