Ok, so first off, this is NOT my recipe, but I WISH IT WAS..
Flavor overload is all I can say about this monstrosity called ( Pigs In A Cornfield ).
Potatoes,Onions,Fresh Corn,Cream Of Mushroom Soup, Andouile Sausage, Sweet Italian Sausage,Smoked Sausage,Red Bell Peppers, Aneheim Peppers,Fresh Parsley,Minced Garlic,Queso Sauce ( Tostitos Medium Heat ),Pork Loin ( Bone In Rib Ends ) rubbed with Hog Waller, and topped off with Smoked Bacon in the last 30 minutes in the Dutch Oven in the Oven.
Prep Time = 40 Minutes
Cook Time = 2.5 hrs @ 325
It's about 1:20 am and I gotta get up for my 300 mile work day in 4 hours, but before I turn in I had to ( Try ) this...
OMG, You have to try this, it will blow your mind :o :o :o
Corn is unreal, it soaked up so much flavor from the Cream Of Mushroom Soup, and the Sausage and Peppers are full of flavor. The pork cut with a spoon, and was seasoned perfectly..
Overall, a 10 across the board imho !
Hope you all enjoy the pics, I'm gonna crash.
Saying prayers for my Texas friends, be strong and know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
I couldn't resist trying this..
