Is it just my southern roots or what? People don't know what cream gravy is ? True enough I weigh 280 lbs, but come on now. I didn't think there was a place on Earth that didn't know about it. That's like not knowing about mashed taters, wilted lettuce, poke salad, grits, SOS ...

In Russ's defense, he is from another country, and I'm pretty sure that they have ( common ) dishes there that we would be like..." What the ..is that "?? I think also that the further north you go in the states here, especially the Northeast, it might be less known as well.
At least here in P.A, we thankfully have P.A Dutch cooking and they Love the ( cream gravy ).

Like W V said - - - I promise you that sometimes Russ's Recipes leave me Googling (or Giggling as he would say) :dont: However, when my grandaughter was young it was Chicken Tenders and White "GRABBY"

I can truely say I never heard of that term, but I'm gunna try it now,oup has never steered me wrong yet, lol. A lot of my cooks are from English backgrounds, 6 generations my forebears moved from Cornwall UK to nz. I've visited ancestors graves in the UK.
but we have so many things in common with the merican tastes as well.
