Incredibly Complex But Rewarding Queso

Nah, I'm just kiddin'. It's Velveeta (the gold standard of all cheese, cheese product, cheese-like substance everywhere) and Ro-tel (and some freshly diced serranos). The amazing thing is how easy it is to prepare, yet the taste is like it requires so much more.

LOL!!! That title had me thinking "Man, can't wait to see some tricked up queso" :)
