Was just me and Buck for dinner last night. Wife went with a girlfriend to a class reunion. I offered to go but she knows I ain't comfortable around large groups of folks I don't know.
Well anyways ....picked up the smallest pack of 80/20 burger and some smoked sausage...can't remember the style of sausage but it did start with a A.
Made up a couple patties with A1 and a healthy dose of SPG in the mix.
Sometimes I prefer not a lot of extra stuff on my burger. Went with just cheese and sautéed sweet onions.
Hot dang it Twas good . Buck enjoyed it also.

That's it my friend....thanks
It's made here by a local company. It's the Hempler brand. They make the best sausage, smoked bacon and hams. Not the cheapest by far but beats any other brand we have in these parts hands down. Picked up two packs for appetizers for a bday party whe are having here today. Got my kids, 91 yo mom, aunt and a uncle from Florida coming over.
Trying to figure out how I'm going to do a reverse sear on 6 good size tenderloins and 3 large bone in Ribeye's on my 22" weber kettle . Going have to do them in stages I'm thinking
Thanks
Bill

Wild Bill, if that grub didn't fix that "craving" then you're in trouble
