Is it magic ??..Nope it's just a Can Cooker
One would think all of this wouldn't fit, much less cook properly being stuffed in like this....but....this isn't my first run down this road so here it is.
20 ounces of water with 3 Chicken Boulion cubes for the can to work properly. Placed in some fresh Jersey Sweet Corn, Red Taters ( de-skinned ) ,Shrooms, Baby Carrots, Red & White Onions, Fresh Garlic Cloves, Cabbage, Fresh Broccoli and LOTS of SB SPG !!
I know it's pretty potent ( still catching my breath ) but I also know that when using steam, you need to season extra heavy.
Gonna let it go in the burner for 40 minutes, then add my Maple Sausage Breakfast Links, Sweet Italian Sausage and some Extra Large White Tiger Shrimp for another 20 minutes.
Not sure yet, but I might put our dinner portions for tonight under the broiler for 5 minutes or so, depends on the verdict after the sauna.
As OUP mentioned sometime back, it seems it's ALWAYS dark out when we eat, lol..

Ok, so we're about to stuff our faces with this concoction.
Everything was cooked perfectly, decided to throw the pan in the broiler for 5 minutes just to give the sausages a little crispness.
Thanks for looking everyone :):)

Check out this link. This is the guy that came up with it. Browse YouTube, there are ALOT of great Can Cooker vids/recipes.
I have the Jr, good for about 6 people, the large will feed between 10-15 at least.
Best part, it's simple and fast ! And everything tastes great.
I've even made steamed chocolate cakes, they were rediculous.

I guess the link is still secret but you did mention enough for me to run it down. I have just about come to the realization that I am out of my element here. Y'all are way ahead of my meager skills.

I meant to put the broccoli in with the sausage and shrimp, not at the beginning.

Looks good… I need to give mine another shot. It's still got one failed cook under its belt. My fault I'm sure.

Eeek!
How tricky is it to open the hot can, add items, and close it back up?

99% of the time you never open it till ur ready to eat.
I just happened to be cooking sausages and shrimp and I knew it would only take between 15 - 20 minutes.
Just unlatch one at a time and grab the lid handle with some tongs, add what u want , close it back up and go back to watching da tube with a cold one, lol.
I was so FOCUSED on the sausage and shrimp, I put the broccoli ( in the corner of my mind ) like Baby from that EVER SO POPULAR WITH DA WIFEY movie Dirty Dancing, lmao.
I swear she Purposely forgets the story line just so she can watch it for the 873rd time, lol...
All I need to do is see the Red Dawn Hero and I beat feet into the other room
