Yes they are! Now for employee lunches, I get mostly burger requests but nothing from the menu. They tell me "just surprise me, I trust you". Lol!!
As for the crêpes, there are a few variations I make, and all of them entail a sweetened cream cheese filling. I will then make either apple, raspberry, peach, strawberry, blueberry, or any combination of those.

Those look gooood! I also enjoy crepes with a savory filling....as in leftovers.

Thank you!! I've not tried any savory yet but am thinking about a savory option to add to our Sunday brunch menu at work. Tomorrow we are closed for service and it would serve a much needed day off but it will give me time to continue building a stand out menu.
