I got the itch to fire up the Blackstone since it's been a while. Poked around in the fridge and found everything I needed - no last second trips to the store. I figured it would be a good time to test out my latest tool(toy) - a Harbor Freight IR Thermometer. Got everything prepped and lit the griddle.
Pre-Heat....
Next up - toss on some cubed taters with Tony Chachere's and a little EVOO
Once they started getting done it was time sear off the main course. Pork Steak (Loin)
Getting hungry now... Good Cooking
DONE... To perfection
Finally, ready to eat - paired with corn and salad - Mighty Fine Eats
Thanks for looking...................

Re: Yet Another Blackstone Meal
You got me wanting breakfast now on ours !!
Looks great, home fries are spot on and that loin looks perfect. I'm thinking a few sunny side ups plopped over the top of those home fries would top it off :):)
