Tandoori chicken pieces

Postby castironchris » Mon Jul 17, 2017 8:15 am

Tried out the Tandoori mix that Russ was nice enough to send me and those flavors were incredible!! Can't thank you enough! Also spatchcocked a bird with my normal chicken seasoning because I knew my daughter wouldn't try the Tandoori but she actually did and like it which I still can't believe. The ornage color didn't come through as much as I thought it would but I don't think I left it marinating long enough but the flavor was definitely there! Thanks again Russ!

I may have been a bit short on adding the red stuff, point taken . The spice would have been right though. Glad you tried and liked.
Looks pretty good to me. I hope your daughter enjoys cooking with you. My daughter grew up cooking with me, she is a very good cook now.
