Black Stone Ciabatta Briskqueso Sliders

Postby woodenvisions » Wed Jul 12, 2017 8:12 pm

Ok, so we've been wanting grilled cheese lately, so I thought about Brisket Grilled Cheese on Garlic Ciabatta Bread.

So, I picked up some more Provolone, Romano,Sharp Cheddar, Parmesan and Asiago, some fresh Garlic Ciabatta and hit the ( grilling sides ) with Mayo, S&P on the Brisket which I shredded just enough that it wasn't full chunks and ran them on the Black Stone on Low, mixed in a little Whirl and squirted H2O on the perimeter of the Brisket and covered with a lid to help slowly warm it up.
Layered the Cheese and Brisket and let em melt...

Truth is, neither of us have ever had any type of Grilled Cheese this GOOD !
Brisket stayed moist and the Garlic Ciabatta really complimented the entire sammich.

bsooner75,
Thx man, I got lucky !
I told the wifey....I'm not sure what's gonna happen here, so get ready to order Chinese Take Out....lol.

Russ,
Thank you. Yeah, we love the consistency of Ciabatta with fresh Garlic.
The bread JUST came out of the oven, the garlic chunks still warm & gooey.

GRails,
I'm pretty sure that you won't be disappointed. If you give it a shot, we'll be anxious to hear and see what you think.

Emm,
It does appear to be that way, doesn't it.!.!.!
Sucks, we finally get home about 6:30 after picking up our little human ONE MAN WRECKING BALL !!....LOLOLOL...
Then, it's about an hr to 2 hrs of playing, and feeding him before we put him to sleep for the night.
Then, that's when we find time to eat, sooooooo yuppppp...,it would be dark by then, grrrr..

Feel like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day lately...

Outlaw,
Give it a shot, I think you will approve :)

bondobill,
Thanks dude, my mistake was only making 6 for the 2 of us. By the time my stomach told me ( more please ) I was way to comfy with a drink in my hand, and too tired to go back outside...

Ok, tired and lazy, lol

Chris,
Thx man. I think this is right up ur alley with all of the cast iron you have at your disposal, lol.

Sailor,
Sah wheeee...:):)

Emm,
I sure do !
The neighbors are immune to it by now and the Bears and Coyotes could care less.

The Deer however don't like it too much, neither to the Turkeys.

Our young ones are all grown up now and on thier own

Now days I rarely stay awake long enough in the evening to see the sun set. :(
Tonight's sun set is at 9:10 and will stay light out till dang near 10 . I'll be long gone by that time.
