Have you done any cheese steaks on that cooking machine yet ?

If not, you gotta give it a try.
I've got a good recipe if ur interested, just shout at me ok ?

As a matter of fact I have done one.... actually two. So the first one is here.........

Now, I did the ribeye thing... got it sliced real thin by freezing it for an hour or two. Used jalapeno jack cheese (won't do that again) and forgot the jalapenos themselves. Came out a bit dry for my taste but lessons learned.

Soooooo... the next attempt was much better but different. Used some thinly sliced brisket flat and American cheese. Added the jalapenos but didn't have a bell pepper. I figure my next attempt will be spot on with meat, onions, bell peppers, jalapenos, provolone (and/or white American) cheese on a toasted bun. Really looking forward to perfecting my cheese steak.
