OR maybe "the tenderloin that Mooooo'D"
At any rate I was craving some Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning on a good chunk of Cow which is just what I got for lunch today. Picked up an 8oz Beef Tenderloin last week with the previous comment in mind and, for no reason other than I like bacon, I decided to wrap it with bacon and grill directly over Kingsford bricks in the Kettle. It was as good as I could have asked for Now I'm craving the next one and soooooon.
Tender doesn't even begin to describe it.
This is the Moooooooooooooooo

thanks, C.I.C.
?Sides? hmmmm? I've almost forgot baked tater with pepper bacon, green own-yawns, butter and S&P - - - some neighbor's maters with pickled okra drizzled with ranch dressing - - OH, and S&P of course. Sure wish I had one more piece of that GooberPeaButter Pie but she didn't hang around too long.
