Even tho I always eat a stacked Tex Mex Breakfast Chalupa/Pizza, I knew I had some leftover Mahatma long grain in the frig that was calling my name. Soze I wentz to chop'n and scrambl'n and after some bacon, long grain, egg, s&p, hot and chunky salsa plus some grated pepper jack, I had breakfast on my plate. This is the only time I like to fry my eggs on the brown semi-crusty stage. I also left ALL of the bacon drippings in the mix to kinda act as a binding agent or marinade to the artisans. Toast and Jelly for a side - - - Have a great day Y'all.
