Slap Yo Mama Russ Style

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Jun 04, 2017 5:08 pm

So I had these sitting in Russ's Tandoori mix and the plan was to smoke them, but not only did it pour out, but the wind would have for sure knocked my home made vent off so I went to old faithful, The NuWave...
Cooked for 15 minutes, already about 135 temp, then flipped over and pulled back the skin and hit em with some SYM and pepper.

If they taste as good as they look, who cares about the weather for tonight...
Besides, we're looking at home made pound cake with cool whip and fresh strawberries later    :P :P :P ImageImageImageImageImageImage

I can't believe the justice you guys do to a simple spice mix, that cook is beautonamous, someone else's word, lol. It looks so juicy and inviting. 10/10 on the pics as well

Pard, it's kinda like catching that pass from the Quarterback with golden arm and carrying it in for a Touchdown.

He's ^^^^^^ right Russ, it's all you buddy.
All I did was push 2 buttons and watch.
As for juicy, I will bet my car on it. Not once has this thing ever dried anything out, never ever

Bingo, the colour tells a whole story, and you can't beat that. Even the wife was amazed at the pics.
