Yep Crappie, Okra and golden potatoes peeled and cut up by me. Golden potatoes are the best potatoes.

Sacalait or sac-a-lait literally translates to bag of milk. Lait is French for milk and refers to the fish's white meat. Caught, cleaned, fried, and ate many sacalait with pawpaw, RIP.
