On the Pit Boss Pellet Grill - 3-2-1 method Used Mesquite Pellets and got great flavor. Also spritzed with apple juice every hour before foil wrapping time. This will probably be my last Baby Backs for I'm switching over to Spareribs from now on.
Before Pit time I brushed them with Honey Mustard and then Sprinkled with Williams Food Co. Rib Tickler (Wiffy's favorite)
When I put them in the foil I covered with honey and brown sugar and Rib Tickler again.
Unwrapped them the last hour and basted/glazed with Sweet Baby Rays Sweet and Spicy (Wiffy fav)
When I sat down to eat I got some Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama and Chipotle Sauce for "MY" sprinkling and dipping.

Thanks, Gents
Willie, the beans were great - - - I love Charro Beans and, to me, they were a step up from Charro.
