Decided to cook up a pot of green beans that came out of my neighbor's garden a couple of day's ago. Started off with ham hocks in the pot, then the beans and finally the red potatoes and to go along with them, pork chop's that were rolled in an egg wash, breaded and yes, they were oven fried. When the chop's hit the plate they got a little gravy poured on them.
