If I were cooking it for myself, I'd of trimmed half that fat off. But the person it was cooked for enjoys the fat. Either way, it was just flat tail good.

Great looking Tri tip. I don't trim the fat off either.
My wife not big on fat but she does know how to use a fork and knife.
This reminds me...I got a tri tip in the freezer.
