Although it's a rarity to find a tri-tip around here I have done a few with success.

If I were cooking it for myself, I'd of trimmed half that fat off. But the person it was cooked for enjoys the fat. Either way, it was just flat tail good.

I agree with all of the above! Beautifully done, and makes me wish they were more accessible here.

My wife not big on fat but she does know how to use a fork and knife. :lol:
This reminds me...I got a tri tip in the freezer. :idea:
