I'd put $$$ on the Black Stone any day of the week to put out a good frozen t-bone.
S&P, Grapeserd oil , high heat and a steamer lid.

Spot on that is what I am talking about! Turn and burn!

Hey, Buzz - where ya been? Nice to see you're still around.

We keep getting all these new restaurants popping up around us but I tell my wife…What I wouldn't give for one Waffle House!

When I lived in Jersey ( diner capital of the universe ) and I was a kid, I remember my Dad used to bring me to this diner called Tom's Diner. It was a little hole in the wall in a town called Ledgewood. It was 10 minutes from home.
It was one of those ( shiny ) styled diners and breakfast was amazing.
I know the owner ( the cook ) loved cooking EVERYTHING on that griddle.
Great memories you just brought back for me, so Thanks Man !

Oh, just a piece of info for those that might find this interesting.

Cindy Lauper filmed a few minutes of her ( Time After Time ) music video here.

Still here , getting are feet wet in a couple of comps. Missing doing the throwdowns but have not been home enough to do them, and now our season starts so the smoking will come to a halt. :( Already looking at comps did are first kcbs in Jan. might get goofy and try the Smoking on the Harbor in SC in Nov. if I can find a couple of players. :salut:

I have taken a shine to marinating steaks, too. Keep meaning to try Italian, but currently stuck on that Balsamic stuff.

Give Dale's a try, it is all I have used since meeting my wife 23 years ago.http://www.dalesseasoning.com/
