When I lived in Jersey ( diner capital of the universe ) and I was a kid, I remember my Dad used to bring me to this diner called Tom's Diner. It was a little hole in the wall in a town called Ledgewood. It was 10 minutes from home.
It was one of those ( shiny ) styled diners and breakfast was amazing.
I know the owner ( the cook ) loved cooking EVERYTHING on that griddle.
