Fajitas

Postby Williep » Sat Apr 01, 2017 6:42 am

If I'm going to buy marinated fajita meat I prefer the brand H.E.B. has but since Baytown doesn't have an H.E.B. yet I decided to try the brand at Kroger's. After looking them over I picked out two packages of chicken and one package of beef, picked up a package of tortillas, onion, bell pepper and don't forget the guacamole. Loaded the grill up with hickory and B & B charcoal, fixed me a drink while waiting on the fire and about the time I put the meat on someone call's me on the cell so I forgot to take pic's while the grilling was going on. They turned out pretty good but I still prefer to season/marinate the meat myself if I have the time or get the H.E.B. brand.

i've switched to red bell peppers from the green
