Ketchup on anything other than onion rings, fries, or meatloaf is just blasphemous!!!

a feller at the Deer Camp put some on some backstrap that we'd just fried and "we hung him"

Re: Chillin but not grillin
Alright …since this has turned into a full blown hot dog thread.
Sweet Relish vs Dill Relish?
I like sweet, my wife swears by the Dill Relish. I'd never met anybody that used the stuff before her. We have the same debate over Gershwin pickles.
My perfect dog (excluding the chili dog because it's king of the hill) is mustard, sweet Relish and chopped onion.
At the Rangers games they serve a good dog w/ grilled onions…

Re: Chillin but not grillin
Ok I had to pull out some cooking memorbelia from the days of slinging Brett's.
I had a great spot in the parking lot of a huge College in Jersey. Best of all, No rent, just 863 different permits lol...
Remember, Jersey is known to get $$$$_ any way they can from you.
So one night I'm working late because of the baseball games ( chhh chinggg ) and the girls Basketball coach propositions me on something I Can't refuse.
Wants me to run the cart during the Basketball games over the winter. I say sure, but need to check with the fire department because of propane indoors.
Of course it's a BIG NO-NO !!
So he asks if I have any other fuel source so I brainstorm for a few weeks. At this time, my one brother runs a ( Flo Jet ) machine at his shop.
I draw something up and a week later, I'm in like Flynn !
It's designed to sit on top of the existing top plate and make the Sneeze Guard ( plexiglass enclosure )still usable.
Fuel source is Sternos. So I hook the cart up and tow it back to Jersey for a trial run.
Here we are in his garage at 2 am eating like kings without the use of propane...
Needless to say, I used it in the school hallways all winter long. I kept it after I got rid of the cart and use it on the kitchen counter Every time we lose power, it's pretty Kool. Even made chicken penne vodka one night, it was sooo good.
The wooden legs are for use at home, and to keep the Sternos clear from the base.
Anyways, I thought I'd share a little story and venture in my life.

Depends on how bored I get at work and how much alcohol I consume when I get home!!
