Hello guys, happy Sunday to everybody
I wanted to try the Jack Daniel's Pork Rub that my friend gifted me a few days ago.....So I thought that the best way to do it was rubbing a pork ribs string
Preparing ingredients..
Putting the ribs in the kettle for the smoking session
While I'm working at my desk, my wifi thermometer is updating me the kettle temp
after the "texas crutch" I glazed it with a honey bbq sauce
to the end...enjoy your meal

Thank you very much Russ, but I fear that my English is not as well as I'd like...once a week I go to English school to improve my written and spoken English because the next summer I'll go to the USA (California) to spend three months working to my thesis for my Italian Master degree program.
Probably barbecue will be my best business card
