Mad Scientist In The House
Well, I'm not really mad, maybe guilty of being a Cathode short of a Diode tho lol...
Well, anyways I was thinking about how I'll whip up one of our 3 Pork Tenderloins and decided to chop them up like Medallions, hit them with S&P, sear them for a minute each side over cast and then lay them in the Can Cooker underneath some baby carrots, onions, taters, shrooms and garlic. Can of Mt Dew, cajun old bay, salt and pepper and some medium heat for 40 minutes before I throw some broccoli in and cook another 20 minutes and ( HOPEFULLY ) it's edible..??
If not, I got Papa John's on speed dial lol.

Lol Em....
If a SINGLE peno was spotted in there, I'd have to listen to .......
Well..., you know the deal lol !!
As for the Penny pic, it's a cheat to tell me when to start the timer.
Can cookers main rule is to start your time countdown as soon as u see steam come from the blowhole.
I got tired of watching so now I can lay my lazy carcass on the couch and ( listen ) for the Penney to get blown off the hole from the steam.
Works like a charm lol.

Didn't get to add the broccoli, not enough room but oh well...Well, Pappa Johns didn't get my $ tonight.
Pork loin was like a sponge, held so much moisture. Cut apart with a fork

Re: Mad Scientist In The House
I apologize for not responding to the nice comments guys. Have my hands full lately between work and our home biz and trying to keep up with our little guy lol.
Who would think a 1 year old could be a 20 lb wrecking ball around the house lol !!
Best thing in the world to happen to us for sure :)
This turned out to be a huge success, gonna reproduce in batches this week and vacuum pack and freeze for quick heat n eats.
OUP, no name yet.
