Hello from manchaca Texas

Postby Draider » Fri Feb 24, 2017 10:23 pm

Hello all. New to forums in general. Figured I would participate in one that was Texas and BBQ focused. Been obsessed with backyard BBQ for the last 20 years. It all started when I got a cos for free and was determined to master the constant fluctuating temps and different fuel types, I was hooked. Main cooker is a modified Texas longhorn BBQ pit model tl-19, Weber kettle, and genesis. Plan on building a uds in the very near future. Seems like a very informative place.
