Marinated And Rubbed Pork Sirloin

Postby woodenvisions » Sun Feb 19, 2017 11:07 pm

The wifey picked up a small marinated garlic and herb Pork Sirloin for the grill. Gave it a good coat of Rib Rub.
Threw it on the Akorn over Lump for about an hour at 375 and another 10 minutes at about 500.
Pulled at internal of about 155 and tented for 30 minutes.
Finished temp about 165, came out juicy as can be with a nice bark.
