After a really bad week at work the missus and I where in need of some comfort grub
Picked up a couple bone in skin on breast and some thighs
Breaded and ready for the fryer
Bird getting happy
18 minutes later its ready
Simple meal along with some steak cut fries and my wives broccoli salad
Just what we needed

I always brine the clucker pieces in a simple brine of kosher salt and brown sugar for around 6 hours before frying.
This time I decided not to brine and see if there is a difference in taste and moisture.
Lets just say from now on Ill stick with brining before frying
