Braciole via London Broil
I've made this recipe dozens of times and it never gets boring. Took a nice London Broil, and cut it about 1/8" thick throughout the entire length and marinated it in another Brazilian Marinade, stuffed/rolled it with basil, oregano, garlic powder, sliced Cooper and Pepper Jack, shredded mozz, provolone, parmesan, romano, fontina and asiago cheeses.
Rolled in some fresh thin proscuito and threw it in the slow cooker for a 8 hr cook in some meat spaghetti sauce.
Looks like we're gonna be eatin well tomorrow night for dinner
Final pics tomorrow, sorry guys....

Wv this looks very close to what we call beef olives down here, thin sliced beef with stuffing, cheap meat and one I grew up on, we never had much as kids. I still love them now. I like the tomato sauce with it as well. I've got some thin steak in freezer left over from steak sammys. I've also got in freezer some pre made pasta sauce . I'll post a pic when I do them. Thumbs up mate.
