Jr with the rack. Technically she said no more grills…if she didn't want me to have a CanCooker she should have been more specific :)

Uh oh…just got a delayed shipment notification from Amazon. Which means instead of having a tasty meal made for her from the can when she gets home, she will probably receive the box when it's delivered …Pray for me guys!!!!! :)

Capt,

How long did you research pressure cookers before you took the plunge and got one ?
Only reason I ask is because I'm looking into getting one.

Any help will be much appreciated, thanx man

Showed up today…gotta find time to cook something good in it. Wife has been under impressed and had way too many snide contents on this one. Wish I had received it as planned. But oh well…

the Fagor models i bought were rated the "Best Buy" by America's Text Kitchen
most folks who buy just one buy the 8qt, but i bought the 10qt so i could also pressure can
https://www.amazon.com/Fagor-10-Quart-P ... r%2FCanner
then i bought the smaller 4qt for smaller batches of vegetables and especially for doing brown rice
