Misty foggy Sunday, had some Genoa salami and cheese cubes, so decided to make Salami 'n' Chez Rolls. Out came the bread machine, mixed up a basic white dough, and let the machine knead it. Then I added the mix-ins by hand. We had previously cubed the salami and melted off some of the fat by pan-toasting. Came out well but next time I may try ham instead.

Re: Sunday Rolls
Place we rented over Christmas had a bread maker, gee the smell of bread cooking was amazing, grand kids used to line up to make a loaf in the morning to have with our dinner that evening. My wife won't let me buy a bread maker. Said breads no good for her hips.lol. She was the first person to line up for the crust wet the end when it came out of the maker. Crust with lashings of butter and light vegemite covering.mmmmm.
