Several years ago I cut a recipe off of a Skinner Pasta box called "Virginia's Lasagna" and have been using it ever since. Altho I'm not a huge Italian Food Fan but this is pretty decent and it makes The Mama Mia smile and most of you know what that amounts to I would love to tweek it Tex-Mex style but I promised her I wouldn't.

Looks fantastic! I haven't made lasagna or any italian other than spaghetti in a long, LONG time. You've sparked a fire OUP!

I love Italian and that's one of my faves. My wife hates that dish though. She's not a fan of mince. Maybe I couldn't shift in with you oup, ? Lol

10-4 Wild Bill - - - when it comes to Pasta, I'm not a Lasagna Noodle lover (too dominate) but I do like a good Shrimp Alfredo or Italian (Mom's Recipe) S'gettie covered in Pepper Jack and Louisiana Red Sauce
