New Rig!

Postby Dirty Dawg » Fri Jan 20, 2017 11:15 pm

Thought I'd share a few quick pics of my new rig, built by AJ's Custom Cookers in Fort Worth. Haven't had the opportunity to season it yet but really can't wait to see how she cooks. I'll have to get back to you with details.

Thank y'all! I've been running this rig about 8 hours now, trying to get a good seasoning laid down. From what I can tell from the thermometers, it's running 15-25 degrees from end to end, which I don't mind as I like having hotter spots to cook in. Judging from the biscuit test, the top shelves are hotter and get hotter toward the stack. Makes sense. Can not wait to get this thing properly seasoned and put some meat on!
