Hanger Steak Fajitas

Tonight's chow was long overdue. Picked up some fresh Hanger Steaks,beat the wheels off of them with the mallet, marinated them for an hour with some olive oil, soy sauce, ground ginger,garlic powder,pepper and rice vinegar and ran them over the cast iron with some red and yellow peppers and Vidalia onions. Heated up some soft tortillas for a minute or two and mixed in some fajita seasonings and all is good...
