Made some pork loin in my CI the other day.
And the best cheesy potatoes I ever had......I´m in kinda show off mode :)

How does the Cheesy Potato recipe go? It looks spectacular.

Made a roux
Added milk and creme cheese
added some cheese-cheddar or swiss..or what ever your fav is.
let the cheese melt

meanwhile I fried some diced potatoes.
Not too long
Just to add some color
They will get tender while baking.

Added the potatoes to the milk-cheese mix.
Covered them with grated cheese and let them bake till the potatoes were tender.

Raised the heat to get some color to the cheese.
