This along with rice was the main dish last night, I would tweak the recipe, but they turned out good.

This DO was my Mom's. Don't know how old it is but it's got some miles on it. :tup:

That's a Magnalite roaster OUP - a good' They don't make 'em like they used to. If you had one the same size that was made in the last 10-12 years it would be much lighter.
