Shalom, y'all

Postby Maydog » Fri Dec 16, 2016 4:06 am

Good morning from the Holy Land. I've been living here for 2 years; coming back to the states in one week. Can't wait. I have a brand spankin' new WSM 18" waiting for me so I can start eating right again. I grew up in TX and had fantastic food and BBQ growing up. My Uncle Jim cooks the best brisket I've ever eaten and he wouldn't know a digital probe thermometer if it hit him in the head :D . His idea of a stall is when someone forgets to bring him another beer.

I've been cooking and eating for more than a few decades now, but I'm always up for learning something new. Maybe I can help someone else out too. Happy eatin', y'all.

Howdy neighbor!

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Hey, I won't argue with that.

I've been living on "the other side" in Jericho. I know lots of good people on both sides. Had a great time here, learned a lot, and I'm looking forward to being an exexpat.
