Tater s'OUP aka Zuppa Tuscana

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Dec 07, 2016 1:23 pm

The Wiffy decided that I should make the soup today instead of waiting for that cool snap to roll in so I whooped up a pot of Zuppa Tuscana. It turned out great but the red pepper flakes must have been High Octane because es muy Caliente. :angryfire: I ended up running some stock thru a strainer and cheese cloth for the Wiffy along with rinsing the taters and sausage under the faucet. :dont: :laughing7: :D  Don't know why this recipe dirties up as many pots, pans and cookware for a single pot of soup as it does but it does but we'll eat on this into the weekend for sure.
