Good evening from Wichita Falls. I'm a member of several Facebook groups and came across this group today and thought I would stop in and peek around.
I currently smoke on a uds and use a kettle grill also.
Anyway I hope to be able to learn some stuff on here and also share aswell. If your in the nOrth Texas area holler at me!
