Hello,
Found the TBBQF looking for pics of smokers and would like to build one of my own. Have done the BY Qing and for others using a 500 and 250 tanks. Always looking for way to improve on cooking brisket, ribs, and chicken etc. Found some good ideals on the forum already and will be asking for some help. Enjoy helping others in community and one way is giving food and clothes away who are in need and also during the holidays. Looking forward to talking with you.
