Hello From Richmond, TX
Hello all. Well, i found this site while googling how to smoke a cookoff style chicken. Turns out my chicken isn't as good as i thought. I'm from Richmond, TX and BBQ to me is LIFE!!! I love it. My brother and I recently started doing competitions and cookoffs. Well, we've done only one so far. But, we did place 2nd in Brisket. Didn't favor to well in the Chicken, Ribs, and Beans category though. Have a lot of work to do. Well, i look forward to chatting with all of you. I hope I can pick up some tricks of the trade along the way.

You're not alone in chicken. It's a tough category.
