Chicken kebab by a Dutch BBQ-fan
Last week was my first made of chicken kebabs. I also made Tzatzikisauce and pitabread. It was so delicious that I made it again today. What do you think of the Joetisserie? I had also made a movie. Tomorrow I'm looking for a nice piece of dry aged beef. Greetings from a Dutch BBQ fan
What is even more fun and tasty to the Joetisserie?
Long movie 5 minutes

Nicely done, sir!
You are making me want to buy a rotisserie attachment for our Weber kettle. But more importantly...WHY DON'T YOU LIVE NEXT DOOR TO ME?

Hahaha thanks nice compliment. I'm saving to come see a great BBQ contest in America. Or a BBQ festival. Or to visit a real BBQ restaurant. What is really great as Dutchman to see?

Kook n Meer, those tatters we call em hasselback down here.i drizzle melted butter over them so it gets in all the cracks. Good twist of salt near the end. Yummo.

Garlic optional. I normally don't because I use it on other foods like garlic bread, garlic sauce.
